Meeting Transcription Captions

In brief

The documentation replaces the webinar and town hall toggle names with attendee-based labels and clarifies policy-assignment steps. Both settings remain On by default.

What Teams admins need to know

Administrators should use the updated toggle names when configuring policies; no configuration change is required.

Summaries are generated from the documentation change itself.
